Our charge for immigration physical exams is $135. This includes the skin test for tuberculosis, as well as the blood tests for HIV/AIDS and syphilis. An x-ray or immunization is an additional charge (see Services).

The charge for a travel visit is $55. This includes consultation with a physician, printed information about your destination, and any prescriptions needed for malaria prophylaxis or travelers' diarrhea. There will be an additional charge for any shots you may need.

Charges for physical exams for sports, day care, school, camp, or other employment range from $70 to $95.

If you do not have health insurance, or if we do not participate with your health insurance plan, you will need to pay at the time of service. We accept cash, major credit cards, and checks.

If your company asks you to visit us for a physical exam, drug screen, or other service, you will need to discuss with your company prior to arrival if you will be responsible for the bill or if your company will be responsible. If we treat you for a workers' comp injury at our center, we will bill your company for our services. However, in the case that your workers' comp claim is denied, we will ask you to pay the balance of your bill.
