If you need an immigration medical exam, as required by the U.S. Department of Citizenship and Immigration Services, we perform it at either of our clinics—any day of the week.

The exam will last about an hour and will include:

• a thorough physical exam, mental status assessment, and evaluation of your vaccination record 
• a tuberculosis (TB) skin test and blood test for syphilis (RPR)

If English isn’t your native language, it may be helpful to have someone with you who can help answer questions and fill out forms. There is no need to bring the official Customs and Immigration Services forms with you; we will provide them for you to complete at the time of your visit.
