Secure Medical Care’s Occupational Health division distinguishes itself by having two Medical Review Officers (MROs) and two full-time MRO assistants on-site to serve as employee advocates in the event of a positive drug screen result.

Our Medical Review Officers insure our drug testing process is followed to the letter, verifying every result for accuracy. In the event of a positive screening, we carefully review the result to insure all tests were administered and processed fairly and in accordance with federal guidelines. The benefit to you is that by having an MRO involved in the process, you can be assured of the accuracy and legality of your employees’ test results—and the employees can be assured of their confidentiality.
